Luscious Lemon Curd Mix

Hello friends!  

I was so excited to see the new products but as soon as I saw the Luscious Lemon Curd mix from Epicure, I knew I would have to try it.   Check out my video to see just how super-duper easy it is to make! It would have been even easier had I used pre-made tart cups.  Honestly, though making my own was pretty simple too! 

 And just look at how beautiful the finished tarts look...and the taste is amazing!
